CHRONICLES OF A RIVER
[5th revision; 2019-2022]
The freedom of rivers
Srepok river
flowing
Met the sorrow of a dam
Gosh river
Your freedom no more
Your water
Every trickle ceasing
In tears
Towering smoke
Exposing bone
Scattering exhausting
The fish sighing as they are wading
Not by any wrongdoing choosing
Wading the river
Wading the river
The meadow
Thirsting
Almost
Crumbling
A laden
Calling of a bird
Not in the night
Not the sound of church bells
Not poetry
Ceasing in nonsensically
The songs
Sadness
Frankly a waste of time
When there’s nothing
Left to hold
Frankly useless
Like water
Staring at
The giant wall
The glaring of a sword
The glaring of a sword
People
Trekking one mountain
To another
Trekking from another mountain
To another and another
Like that
Villages
