Whiskey drinking woman. And a outstanding Nazareth song…

Whiskey drinking woman… Some mini-poetry.

1-  Dear Peggy called me from Cocoa Beach.
I knew she was crying and she asked me.
Please come to me, I am so damn lonely.
I told her, dear Peggy, in two day sweeties.
I will be with you.
2-  Peggy took me to her home.
She told me, only a short walk to the sea.
In the night, we can hear the ocean sing.
I brought her close and I kissed her whiskey tasting lips.
I told her, do you love me or do you love the whiskey?
3- We laid naked in the large king size bed.
A large bottle of Jack Daniel near with two large glasses near and she whispered.
Please Johnnie, let’s make love on the patio.
I want the rain to touch my skin and your skin and my skin.
Becoming one a hellish dance for the night dear lover.
4- I told her, pretty Peggy.
You and I been running to and from for 10 years.
I remember when you were young and you were so damn brave.
I loved you from day one after you allowed me into your life.
Now we are old souls with no more tears to cry.
Do you want me to stay? Or do you love the whiskey more than me?
