I have loved Lake St. Clair for 60 years and a French writer told me, two years ago.
Lake St. Clair was named by a French Explorer Robert Cavelier de la Salle for Saint
Clara de Pobre.
I have another reason to love the beautiful lake.
Now I burn sage and I think of a brave woman who gave everything away.
I believe Saint Clara de Pobre would adore the

St. Francis of Assisi is my hero, and I have several of his biographies, and statues. The huge books about the Basilica at Assisi has the beautiful frescos, including the one where St. Fracis is preaching to the birds.
