Beautiful Florence. A ancient city filled with history and tale.
I told my kids. Travel, test life and have fun. Old age last forever. Being young and free is like the fleeting wind. We touch for a moment in time.

That last picture is the Fountain of Neptune.-
Come to find out it was at this fountain a preacher/false prophet (Girolamo Savonarola) called for the people of Florence to abandon their old sinning ways and burn their sinful belongings (books,paintings exc). The Pope (Alexander VI) later excommunicated this preacher for his heresy. The people of Florence then HUNG and BURNED the [false] prophet right here. Crazy huh?
