-I like to see the eyes
I like to see the eyes
A Poem by Coyote Poetry
When we truly can see. The eyes allow us into true places and mystery.
I don’t like when I can’t see the eyes.
The eyes can tell you a thousand stories.
They can warn you to escape or make you wish to stay,
to be able to gaze into the gentle and loving eyes.
Sweet women are so necessary to form a proper life.
They can give you the chance to know love, celebrate life and give you purpose
to be alive.
When a women wants to. She can look into your eyes and take you to hell or heaven
with a glance. Make you wish for everything or nothing.
I made a wish for the woman with the laughting eyes. Kind eyes that make you
dream and hold hope. I want the girl who sing and dance in the rain. Who tell me.
“Life is to be lived. Remember the good days and forget the bad. We are just women
and men trying to know peace and love in the mist of chaos. ”
I wanted everything once and I had everything and had nothing.
Today I want peace and a good place to rest.
Somewhere on the road of life. I learn the simple things we hold on tight to.
The smile of child.
The laughter of people.
To be able to look into the eyes of a lover and see forever.
Maybe my greed had stole away all my kindness?
The road was too twisted?
I like to see the eyes.
Maybe some sweet woman will pity me with a smile.
Allow me to drown in her beautiful eyes and find laughter and hope once more.

Very soul-touching and so true. The eyes are surely the window to our souls, but we blinker them with pain and fear so they don’t always show our true selves

You are right. It is sad. We can love so many things. Fear steal our hope. Thank you Carol for reading and the comment.
