Old man wisdom
I told my childrens. Travel, test life and have fun when you are young. I saw 40 countries and befriended many kind people. Life is to be lived. My grandfather wisdom. “Save 10% of your pay for your free-time and vacation. If you don’t. You will wish you did.” “Johnnie, when you are old like me. The time of your travel and the adventures will become your wealth in old age. We need these memories.”
Your grandfather is right! I was just telling my grandson it’s a big world out there go see it and enjoy life. Saving 10% is good.

Lovely photographs. I left Germany with very few photos. I regret that now.

Oh, I really do. I brought home some memorabilia but have few photographs. Once on a bus trip to France I heard a whirring sound for a very long time, when I arrived I found my camera was turned on it’s case and I had picture after picture of the inside of that case 🙂
