Nature’s Worth
Powerful and worthwhile words. We should appreciate and protect nature .
Calculating, cogitating,
Juggling our time,
Agitating, irritating,
Isn’t life sublime.
Superfluous, unnecessary,
Is it all worthwhile?
The beauty and the elegance,
Living with such style.
What cost we pay,
To live this way,
To have everything we need.
And then we take much more,
Just watch us conquer greed.
Calculating, manipulating,
Destroying Mother Earth,
Can you tell me truly,
What nature should be worth.

A worhwhile poem needed to be read by more people. We cannot forget Standing Rock. The fight had just began. Oil and minerals. Men will steal and kill for.
