Spanish flu-

Estimates vary as to the total number who died. An estimate from 1991 says it killed 25 to 39 million people. A 2005 estimate put the death toll at probably 50 million (less than 3% of the global population), and possibly as high as 100 million (more than 5%). But a reassessment in 2018 estimated the total to be about 17 million, though this has been contested. With a world population of 1,800 to 1,900 million, these estimates correspond to between 1 and 6 percent of the population

(What is real and what is not? Old wise saying. Safety first. Save life first and don’t allow big business to kill everything we hold valuable)

Corona-  2025
The husband looked at his wife and he told her. Last neighbor that was human was dead. The wife looked up and she whispered. Great job Trump, open up the border in phrase one of the coronaviras. Now no-one for the government to take care of. The husband smiled and he told her. The white devils, big business wanted profit over life. The only good part, the coronaviras killed them too. They heard Corona one talking to Leland playing on the floor by the television. The wife looked sad and she whispered, our poor family in Upper Michigan were safe and thousands went north, south, west and east. Darling, how did we have the most foolish leaders. The great President murdered our world. At least he is dead. The husband smiled and he watched Corona, he remembered he paid a bundle for the first active robot. Corona looked human, had the ability to have conversation and she could make decisions. He was glad he bought her. His wife turn cold toward her child. He remembered she wanted to kill the child, she didn’t want to bring a child into this world. Even after phrase three, the babies were being born and now the hospitals ran by skill robots. The poor hospital went first.
Leland told Corana, I am hungry. Corana one smiled and she went to the kitchen. The two adults sat talking and they didn’t greet her. She went to the fridge and took  some milk out and she  took the box of baby formula. Mixed in a shakers. She poured the liquid into a tube on her side. Leland stood-up and he ran to her. She sat down on the love-seat and he climbed near her. She released her cotton dress top and he fed on the real-life looking nipple. The wife watched the situation and she told her husband. You remember our deal we made. When last human is gone in our city, we would follow them. I am so tire and sick of the new world. He told her, they are rumors people survived on the Islands, part of Africa and Central/South America. Who will take care of Leland? He wasn’t part of our deal. She hasn’t touched Leland since his birth. Corona did all the needed function of a mother and she had turned cold. She told her husband often, Corona can do the woman part, if you are needing of sexual contact. After the birth of the baby. She didn’t want to be held or touched.
Leland ate quickly and he ran back to his toys and the television. He was almost eighteen months old. Corona ensured he was fed, bathed and in proper clothing. She watched the parent talk and she knew the sign of the mutual agreement of the suicide pact being discussed. The robots in the housing complex told her how the humans would discuss the final ending. She went to them and she asked. Do you need anything? The husband took her hand and he told her. Thank you dear Corona for taking care of Leland. You are a blessing in disguise and we see how the other children are doing well without their parent. The forty children in the complex are took cared of and loved. I put into your computer memory how to pay the bills on-line and the credit line for food and your maintain is at your convenience when needed. The old government ensured the new children would have care.
The wife remembered she didn’t want Corona one. Her husband was a lawyer who had income once and he paid top dollar for her. She was prep and ready to act as maid, mother, cook and lover. She liked Corona because she watched and copy her movements. You would not know she wasn’t alive human unless you were told. She hated shopping. She couldn’t tell the humans from the robots till they paid with their thumb. The could communicate and they had facial expressions. She told her, please dear Corona, be kind to Leland. I know I have been a terrible mother and Jack tried to be a father. We are tired and we are going to find our permanent sleep at noon today. Could you take Leland to the park and allow Corona two to watch him while you clean-up after we are done? She smiled and she them. Is this your final decision and is the paperwork finished and notaries. The wife smiled sadly and she told her. Jack, the lawyer loaded the documents into your system and everything is proper and ready. We don’t want a grave or memorial. Corona felt a odd sadness and she called Corona two. Corona two told her, no problem and call this number when you returned home. I love Leland and little Jennifer loved company. Anytime.
Corona packed a small lunch of crackers, box juice and a few toys. She loaded Leland into the baby stroller and the parent waited at the door. The father kissed his son and Leland smiled. He told his daddy, I love you daddy. The mother reached down, kissed his face with tears falling. Leland looked sad and he didn’t know why the woman was crying. He rarely saw her and she  never talks to him. She was a stranger to him. Corona walked slowly to the park. It was a sunny and warm May-day. Many robots with children were there. The children would run off and play with the other children. The robots would gather, discuss new foods for the children and the educational programs they used in the home schooling. The children loved the park and Leland could climb and run well for his age. The children discussed toys, cartoons and their favorite candy. Corona watched Leland always and somewhere in her computer program, she knew what love was. She believed she loved him in her way and she would keep him safe always. She knew Leland loved her. He told her many times daily.
Corona one left Leland with Corona two at the park and she went home near 12 pm. The husband and wife laid in their bed at 11.45 am. They both were wearing relax clothing and drinking her favorite wine. She told him, Jack, you were right. I wanted the country to be the same in May of 2020. You told me, if they opened-up the border and everyone ran freely. The coronavirus would be deadly in phrase two. Damn government didn’t listen to the doctors, the body counts and the scientist. I am sorry for being  a terrible wife, I lost everyone and I was alone. I am sorry I wasn’t a mother to Leland. I hope he understand the human race gone was foolish and dumb. I hope Corona and her comrades teach the children well. We screwed-up the world and I can’t be part of this world no-more. She was crying and the husband told her. I love you honey and he gave her the pill. She took the pill with the wine and she asked. Are you taking the pill with me. honey? He smiled and he told her. No sweetie, I decided Leland need a father. She wanted to be angry but she understood. She was weak and someone had to be strong. He kissed her often as she faded into final sleep.
Corona one came to the house at 12.05 pm and she saw the woman laying dead. She called the service and she looked for the husband. She smiled when she saw Jack cooking on the grill outside hamburgers and steaks, drinking a beer and he waved at her. She felt good for she knew Leland needed his daddy. She went to him and she took his hand. She told him. The strong humans like you will save this world. I am so glad you were brave and Leland won’t be alone. He looked at her and he told her. Leland was never alone, he had you dear Corona.
