The first time I saw your face…
The first time I saw your face-Two short poems.

Please paint me with your tender hands
A elegant lady told me. Life is hard and the night is long my love.
We must bathe in the kindness of the long midnight.
Kind night allowed us to adrift in the safety of tender embrace and sweet kiss.
We must paint with our tenders fingers, a perfect picture of two lovers finding the endless path of the sage of real love. Please paint me perfect, for when your love is near. You are my song and my will.

Your face
My kind muse is quiet. The sweet red wine and the morning daybreak brought her peaceful rest. I caressed her face with appreciating fingers. I laid my head against her breasts, listen to her beating heart. She embraced me tenderly with her kind embrace and she took me to perfect place. Where love become infinite and we can abandon fear or regret. I looked at her face and I see landscape of beautiful journey and safe place to rest. I whispered to rising morning sun. Thank you for an Angel for a man who only knew darkness and despair.

When I read your title, I thought of this song! Great song… love the Roberta Flacks version as well!

I liked the Roberta Flacks version too. Johnny Cash had the voice for the deep love song. Thank you my friend for reading and the comment.
