Photos and poetry for my flowers in my garden and life.

I told her. We need beautiful things and good days.
The pretty flowers allow us to see and know. The world can be so beautiful and
good days. We do need to know to keep our soul balanced.

Pretty sad eyes girl, I gave her a sunflower.
I saw in her eyes, some light of hope.
I told her, we need time to heal, and we need to be like, the Sunflower.
To show us, we can heal.

I told the Clinton river, my life is good.
Thank you for the warm days and the cold water on my feet.
My garden is alive and well, the grandchildren are healthy and strong.
Old legs are tire and my mind, my old eyes need the beautiful blooming flowers
to remind me. Sometimes we must rest and sometimes we must rise.
