My favorite book.

The poetry book ” One hundred and one FAMOUS Poems.”

I carry this book to forty countries and 48 states as a soldier.

I shared with over hundred soldiers.

Was published the year I was born. 1958.

Books, my friend. Always a friend nearby.

I tried to make my grandchildren read.

I believe if we read, maybe we can learn something.

Men/women who want to ban books about history.

Just fools. We must know the past so maybe we won’t repeat the same mistakes now

I try to read daily, and I tried to write daily.

Hoping to keep my mind strong.
