Trump is a bully and a tyrant, and Marco Rubio claims that the US would never target a school! Those children didn’t bomb themselves. They will be called ‘war’s collatoral damage’, which is a euphemism for civilian deaths. As Trump criticises the UK prime minister, Starmer was doing exactly what Trump’s America First policy does and putting us the British people first. Following the Iranian drone attack on our air base in Akrotiri, Cyprus, we, too, have to mobilise to protect our base and personnel. I believe the majority of Americans, like the British people, don’t want this war. As a fellow veteran, we both know no one wins or benefits from a war.
